THE SECOND TUESDAY FORUM SERIES is sponsored by the Portsmouth Public Library and funded by grants from the Portsmouth Public Library Foundation, Friends of the Library, Portsmouth Museum and Fine Arts Commission, and The City of Portsmouth. All forums are free and open to the public. Reservations are not needed to attend. Complimentary beverages are provided by the library. Meeting room doors open at 11:00 a.m.
