Our contract with Overdrive will terminate as of today 10/14/2016. We will be going with a new e-book service called One Click Digital. In making this move we will be able to buy more e-book titles at a faster rate than we were able to in the past. The new service will not be ready for approximately two week. We apologize for the short notice but believe this change will improve service to our customers in the long run. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Patrons of the Portsmouth Public Library System now have access to several electronic magazines through Flipster. Accessible magazines now include: Black Enterprise, Ebony, Essence, Hispanic Network, Rolling Stone and two coloring books.
